About The Event
During the week of the 26-30 June, we’ll be learning how to create our own games, build our own websites, make things using A.I. and create art using all different types of fun tech.
This is a fabulous opportunity for you to experience building things along with an important person in your life. Or - bring them along to make friends and pick up some skills!
This class is beginner friendly, and is recommended for high school girls and non-binary folk, and if you want to you can also bring an accompanying adult* (aunts, nanas, neighbours, mums, mentors).
You will need to bring a laptop to complete the activities for this workshop - unfortunately a tablet doesn't offer the flexibility we need. So find yourself a computer and get ready to roll 👩🏾💻👩🏻💻👩🏿💻👩🏼💻👩🏽💻 Reach out to us if you need support with accessing a laptop.
Want to learn fun new tech things and make new friends just like you? The Girl Geek Academy holiday workshops are designed for you!
