Exhibitor/Sponsor Bump In

2pm - 5pm - Exhibitor/Sponsor Set Up of Exhibition Booth

***No loading dock access will be made available for bump in after 5pm

Wednesday 21st June, 2023

***Hand Carry items ONLY for set up on the morning of the event - no access to the

loading dock

8:30am - 9:30am - Check In/Registration

All Exhibitors need to register at the Speakers Lounge on Level 1, Room HF3.104

Exhibition Booths to be completely set and staffed by 9:00am

9:30am - 3:30pm - Trade Show LIVE

4:30pm - 6:00pm - Exhibitor/Sponsor Pack Down of Exhibition Booth

Venue - Deakin University, Burwood Campus,

Building Sports Hall HB on the below map - Enter Via Burwood Hwy

Car Parking on the Day in Building HH

Loading Dock - Please note; Loading dock is an 'unload

only' area and a driver must remain in the vehicle at all

times. Please submit your time of arrival and vehicle

registration details to tradeshow@gogirlgoforit.com no later

than Friday 9th June, 2023

Strictly no balloons, confetti and glitter

All food given out must be in individual wrapping

Any laptops/phone charges/electrical devices brought to the Exhibition will

need to have current proof of AS/NZS 3760 test and tag compliance

If you don't have a Working With Children Check (WWCC) please notify your

Go Girl Account Manager immediately

Exhibition booth to be completely set and staffed by 9:00am Wednesday 21st

June

No exhibition booth to be dismantled prior to 3:00pm Wednesday 21st June,

2023

Additional furniture, audio-visual equipment, power, display stands and more can

be arranged via our Trade Show supplier. Please contact Jessica Chok from PICO

at jessica.chok@pico.com to discuss your requirements further.

Please note; any other suppliers will need to be approved in writing prior to

arriving on site
